got new wooden floors...

and no idea how to look after them! Just plain varnished boards, so nothing fancy. But alreay loads of dust and sweeping with kitchen broom doesn't seem to work. Anyone have any ideas?

I hoover on mine. Also got some wooden floor wipes as a desperate measure. I really want to mop them but so unsure what to use!

ecover do good floor cleaner for washing once a week or so - but wipe all water spills immediately, as it stains

If you hoover make sure that the hoover you have is for hard floors or you may scratch it
