organizing kitchen shelves

Hi - just got new kitchen fitted and am now realizing that we still don't have enough space! Any ideas how to organize shelves, specifically spices?

Are your spices in jars or packets?

spices are in jars. Lots and lots of them

I'm thinking one of those revolving spice stands or a rack on the wall to slot them in - at least your favourite ones!
