Washing Cat BOOTS in machine

Should i chance it, they are caked in mud. (been on trip to plant bulbs).
Will i wreck them.
any tips

Try hosing down first. I chuck everything into the washing machine!

i was trying to work out why your cat would be wearing boots.....

I'm not sure it would be good for either the boots or the machine TBH - can't you just knock the worst of the mud off now, then brush the rest off when they're dry?

i know scare about machine more, they are full of it, need to get some wellies i think.
