Range Master Cooker.....

I have one of these cookers and every pan I seem to use does not heat the oil up to a very high temp. For example I made a stir fry last night using a good quality wok at the highest temp and the food was more boiled than fried. There must be certain pans which conduct heat on these cookers but not sure which and can't spend a fortune to find out. Help anyone?
thanksX

have you got a wok burner?

I have a range master and find the heat fairly ferocious - i use regular pans and woks

have just realised i have probably been no help
