can I get ink out once it has been washed or is it set?

ds1 bit the top of a a biro and ink has leaked on his cotton zip top

I washed it already at 40 degrees and most of it has come out - but there are a few big stains right on the front...

Is there anything I can do to get the stain out now or is it set?

I find sometimes they fade with more washes, sometimes not. Its best to steep things in cold water 1st, as when its washed the hot water actually sets the stain. Thats what i've been told anyway!
