Just a quicky as the pizza for tea is cooking:

Lucys Ditch the tommy sauce in a jar - make your own Pasata ot tinned tommatoes, garlic, basil, peppers etc. Much nicer - less salt and cheeper. I tend to chop up any veg I have and add that, if I use passata (toms suce without pips) I wizz it in the blender to make it smooth. You can also add apple or carrot to your meatballs too.

Tigger DS2 is wiggles mad, we have loads of DVDs and I also Sky + some off Nick Jnr 2 We all know all the steps

Just come back from Aqua Fit....very good fun and a brilliant work out. I'm all geared up for my diet again now

Not had a bad day really, just trying to build up gently again. Had a constructive morning and we all managed to leave the house on time having put a load on to wash and dry and having planned dinner. Back this evening, got DS into bed then spent an hour reading all the unread newspapers cluttering up the lounge then chucking them.

It's good to be back

not much done this evening, LO is as bad as her dad when poorly I have discovered today Very grumpy and grouchy n won't eat or drink anything! She also has quite a high temp but won't let me near her with thermometer to actually check so might have to take a trip to Dr in morning just to be sure it's just a cold. Although I can see me being very embarrassed (sp?) if it is just a cold

Off to get a few hours before oh comes to bed because I'm on duty in-case she wakes int he night . I hate broken sleeps!
