rub underarms with vanish as soon as he takes them off maybe? My mum always used to do that with our school shirts

Is it the brand of deoderant? Maybe it builds up and is hard to wash out? Im sure ive found this with some deoderants....dunno what the answer is though, maybe make him try different deoderant?!

from spraying too much deodarant while shirt on.

change deodarant type. perhaps to roll on. then he has to wait to dry to put his shirt on.

It is vinegar- don't know how much though- think you dilute and soak, but someone may well be along with the answer!
