Airfix glue on a very expensive polo shirt?

any ideas of how to get this out of my sons golfing shirt, or is it the end? Have tried ACE.

arn't you supposed to feeze items with glue on and then peel it off.I know that works with chewing gum. May not work if you have effectively rubbed it in

or maybe I am talking nonsense

thanks pagwatch. I didnt realise the glue was on there until it had been through the wash, i just thought it was the usual boys snot! Someone mentioned white spirit for something the other day perhaps I shall try that. The shirt will be no good anyway if i cannot get it out so worth a try.
