Hama Beads iron disaster

I've put this in chat but it should be inhere.

I've just been ironing Hama beads and the paper slipped. As a result I have green plastic goo on my iron. It is cooling down at the moment.

Is this going to come off. What should I do?

Help!

Let is cool down then give it a going over with a scratch resistant scourer. Just make sure you don't take the coating off the iron though.

No idea. Buy new iron?
Scrub it with wire wool?

All I can say is fecking Hama beads. HATE THEM!! DD make s a picture but leaves it finished for me to iron, but I invariably knock it over before I iron it and all the hard work goes bouncing accross the floor in all directions.

i was going to say it should just peel off, then noticed this was yesterday.
