Anyone know how to take a tyre off a wheel?

My buggy has a puncture, no hubby around. Cant get the tyre off to get to the inner tube, any ideas please?

Is it like a bicycle wheel? If so you will need natty little devices called tyre levers which you can slide under the rim of the tyre and clip round the spokes whilst prising off the rest of the tyre. You may have some luck with spoon hands - they need to be flat and rounded or else you wil end up with even more punctures.
