banana bread?

just made it for the first time looks yum, should the middle be dry or wet looking, i have probed it and its clean when removed, just want to make sure its cooked, outside lovely and brown

does any one else have nice bread recipes that kids like

It's a pretty moist cake.

it depends how mushed up the banana was when you added it and how much you mixed it. It sounds cooked to me. You can do all sorts, strawberry and chocolate is yummy, orange is also nice. [yum]

Yes, just chop them up, mix them in the cake mix with the chocolate drops.
