I have got one and it is fab.

Very safe, put it on around 10.00am, go out to work, dinner cooked when DH gets home.

If you have time, brown meat off first, if not no big deal

I always put hot stock in.

If I put chicken portions in, take the skin off first as it tends to go a bit slimy.

Don't take lid off as it reduces the cooking time.

loads of previous threads, do a search. Fantastic invention, makes an old pair of boots tender and the smell greeting you when you get home is fab.
