Hi all.

TMH poor DS how's his eye now?

Back from the wild fowl centre, it was great, DCs did some pond dipping, DS was facinated by all the insects etc (DD collected lots of poor snails in a jar and tried to feed them pond weed ).

No flying done. Better get on with the ironing.

TheMadHouse · 28/08/2008 18:07

Scatty Ended up at the hospital and they found some grit. Lovley old matron type, really competant - he didnt even cry.

Rowingboat I am a farmers DIL. I just have to be always on the go - I think I have forgoten how to stop Also the boys have boundless energy, so need to be on the go too

Dinner and baths are done, so they need to get in their PJs as are currently running around with nothin on in the sun.

I didnt manage to get the hoovering done, so that is my next job.

Ruby Which series is it? I am enjoying watching private practice. Any interviews are good for technique. Make sure you have a list of questions for what they thought of you if you do not get it. ie were you appropriatly dressed, What were your weeknesses, strenghts, where did you need more experiance etc

Rowingboat where about in scotland?

I am done for the night

I have:

Hoovered whole house
Mopped ground floor
Got first wash on

I am definatly having mediterantian moments - he he he. I am sure I will get used to things.

lucysmam · 28/08/2008 20:37

Ruby whatever happens it sounds like it's all good. Either you get the job or you get to apply for another, equally, fab job next September, with all your interview experience tucked under your belt.
Oh dear about the surprise! Now they will have to get a stripogram as well, so there is still a surprise.
I must pick your brains about parties. I can imagine that a lot of games would be off limits due to the incredible no-attention span that most of the nursery children exhibit. I won't be having any memory games.
TMH I'm in Edinburgh. Big hugs to DS2, very brave boy.
That's the LO in bed. Has got a sniffle, but seemed to like the horrible sniffly noise and kept doing it, refused a hankie.
Got to make a list of stuff to buy tomorrow for going away to the seaside on Saturday.
Tiles are going quite well, I think I did all the horrible, difficult ones first. Doh! Probably the wrong way round. Oh well!
Definitely taking a piccie after they are finished.
