Hi

awwww GO its nice to cuddle little babies. Our new next door neighbour had a baby girl on Monday, so I was having a cuddle of her yesterday.
(Bianca....under your instructions )

I can't belive it is nearly Thursday, where did this week go??
Kids all go back a week today, apart from DD2, she doesn't go back until the monday after.....(I am talking about school BTW....)

Right well I am off for a bath.

We are losing our PO and with it a really lovely chap. He is soooo friendly, and everyone will miss him, not to mention the PO itself. We are very rural so a lot of people will struggle now. The nearest one is about 6 miles away, so people without transport...or the elderly will be stuck!
3 runs a week...well done you! I need to get back into running, I had to stop for a bit because it hurt my knees, but then I left it too long really and didn't get back into it. Will make a concerted effort to start again. It really was beginnning to help my lose weight and tone my butt!

The other annoying PO related gripe I have is that they are cutting all these rural offices but not staffing the main PO! I posted a parcel for lucysmam yesterday and the cue was out the door! It went down painfully slowly as well....2 people serving out of a possible 6! Luckily I got chatting to an elderly chap in front of me, as he said my DD2 was about the same age as his grand daughter. That whiled away some time, but it is rediculous really.

Right....rant over, I really must go bathe!

good evening ladies!

well I've achieved almost everything on my list today although a lot of it has taken me a very long time for some reason! Feel loads better though so will be a busy bee tomorrow!

rowingboat don't worry about it, do it when you have time

grouchy sounds like a fabby day out, sod the housework!

luda our PO is just slow and postie even slower, no excuses there! & the one in town is even worse! went in with MIL at lunch time yesterday which is the busiest time in there and there were all of 5 desks open and 10 closed ones.

my list, all checked off and sorted (almost) & I've not rested yet, well nearly not, apart from a virtual wander round Lakeland eyeing up didi (train, to you and me) shaped cake tins for lo's birthday as she loves them. Best get saving though, there's a lovely one with carriages for £24.99!!

~pots done & done again
~bake done
~dry washing in td now
~check ebay
~make fishcakes for tonight's tea done
~thorough tidy upstairs done
~play with lo happily done
~put washing basket back together upstairs done
~find wheels for baby walker we're meant to be passing on to oh's cousin no idea where they are
~declutter kitchen cupboard done
~declutter my wardrobe kinda
~oh to paint back hallway done & first coat on bathroom although it all needs a second coat tomorrow

Right, am off for a virtual wander around another shop I can't afford to shop at in RL now, just not sure which one yet but oh is watching footy so I have to do something . . .
