good evening all!

I'm bored! just made tea, super cheap hm savoury rice but had to use frozen veggies as we can't afford any fresh this week. not that oh or lo noticed, both wolfed the lot down n i'm stuffed to bursting point!

Rowingboat don't worry about it!! just whenever you have time. let me know how much you want though & will account for it in my budget

Jas liners arrived today and 1 of them cut into 3 has saved me 3 nappy changes already so will definately be investing in some for out and about. Have cut up a fleece blanket as well to use in the house, just need somewhere to keep ones with skids on them before washing now though and not quite sure where. any tips?

Ruby I found deep breathing exercises good like rowingboat before presentations at uni/work. does help with butterflies

I really don't know what to do. we have bin liners full of baby stuff sat around waiting to see if anyone wants them and nowhere to store them so they're going to have to stay put. oh has stuff everywhere whilst papering so house looks a tip. have been playing & running round with lo for a while before tea but way too full now so oh has decided to get play d'oh out on the chopping board from kitchen in front of 'nina and the neurons' which fascinates lo

Haven't been out of the house today
we've been having a Dr Who'athon (I've been perving at David Tennant and John Barrowman and ds has been aw'ed by the daleks)

Just had a 15 min tidy up time and its not too bad {if I say so myself}

Off to sort out dinner

Jas · 22/08/2008 17:56

lucysmam - Don't buy more, I'll send some of the 500 or so I have in the house when I get home.

For storing dirty fleece ones I'd used a tub with a lid, maybe an old ice cream tub you can wash out and then throw away if it gets horrible.

I'm down to one page of stuff to do now, mostly last minute stuff like bleaching toilet and take drinks out of the freezer

See you all in a week.

sag did you know they were keeping David Tennant that time when he started to transmogrify?
DP kept saying David Tennant was asking for more money and he was going to turn into Hamish Macbeth.
Lucys I don't want anything for the nappies, I can send them second class, which cost next to nothing. The next time you have a declutter you might be getting rid of something I want.
We are now eating our dinner - tuna pasta and the LO is making a face and eating the 'eyes'. Isn't that delightful.

lucysmam · 22/08/2008 18:17

Jas thank-you! have a good time away

Saga nothing wrong with a good perv every now and again

rowingboat since I am having a clear out is there anything you might find useful if I do come across it? Am trying to clear space for xmas but it's boring and i hate going through stuff because i always keep it 'just in case' although i'll probably never need/use it again!

lol @ your lo making faces n eating the eyes, lovely!!

right, bath and bed time for lo and then ebay time for me. bbl maybe if i get bored again

sagacious · 22/08/2008 18:41

rowingboat I didn't know what was going to happen. I was rather worried by the utter despair I felt if Tennant had gone it was almost a Robbie leaving Take That moment .. I would have been in need of a helpline

Robert Carlyle would have been impossible to contemplate.

Right thats enough of my Dr Who fetish

Dusting

Evening all

It ended up being quite a nice day, went to the park and had friends back to play/chat.

I'm just waiting for the water to heat up then I'm going to have a nice hot bath

lucysmam · 22/08/2008 19:25

still bored! off in shower in a mo for something to do!

lock in back door has broken, it's stuck locked and won't shift so we've a pile of pans in front of it so if anyone gets in they'll fall over them and hopefully wake us! landlord's agent going to be happy when we ring tomorrow to get a locksmith or new door about time they did something about the house that jack built!

luda, don't forget to email your address so i can send bits for your lo

rowingboat · 22/08/2008 21:46

Lol Sag!
The LO is off to bed, and I am now watching TV and chilling for a bit. Work tomorrow, so won't do lots tonight.
Speak to everyone tomorrow.

Skramble · 22/08/2008 22:51

Thanks for the link Jas but I did the emails before and I got to the point if I got an other email I was going to tie my shoelaces and fecking row accross the ocean to dump her PC in her shiney little sink argh!!! . I did try the UK timed ones but the were never at the right time and I found I would end up on ebay or googling some rubbish everytime I checked them.

I worked out my own daily and weekly routines last time around and do the missions if I am feeling enthusiastic. If I do actualy do everything it all ticks over no bother.
