Help me please

Having just discovered I am pregnant with our fourth I've realised I need to make space for them.
How do I go about completely sorting my house.
I can't seem to get my head around this fly thing. I've looked at it but things would go to pot if for the first few days I only cleaned my sink and tidied one small area of the house.

Please tips hints anything.

you could try a few goes of her crisis cleaning here to get your started, and then start the baby steps once you've got some of it sorted?
