Removing ballpoint pen from PVC patio door...

I have just discovered that my DD has taken to drawing with ballpoint pen on the bottom half of our patio door and I just can't shift the scribbles..

I have tried sugar soap and turpentine but the scrawls are just not budging..

Any suggestions??

I think a cream cleaner is best for that. Worth a try anyway.

I'm just trawling the internet for how to remove felt off the walls (of the next door neighbour's house - thanks so much ds!) so you have my sympathies. In my armoury so far - toothpaste, baking powder, hairspray and a magic eraser. hairspray apparently worth a go on most stains.

(armory even)

WD40-works every time for me-try it!

how about WD40 on painted walls? (sorry to hijack)

The flash magic eraser removed ballpoint pen off my walls and paintwork - its worth a go!

Thanks everyone! Will give it a shot..

My dd painted her wall with markerpens and sugar soap removed a lot of marks (and some of the paint)!!

I think we need a rethink about our art supplies cupboard...

milk gets ink out of fabric (have tried it and it works), might work on walls??

wd40 or astonish cleaner, works a treat on most things.
