I have pine table and chairs in dining room and they have fabric seats/backs (ifkwim) they cant be removed.

However dd1 and dd2 chairs are filthy from dropped juice/food how can I sponge clean these to get them back to cream????

hi! i have the same sort of chairs...i use either 1001 carpet and upholstery shampoo or a presurised spray called xentos sparays a foam then rub it in and hey presto stains disappeared! if all else fails i unscrew the cusion bit and soak them!

Thankyou, have some 1001 carpet cleaner stuff in the cupboard so will try that first, if all else fails looks like a quick trip to halfords for upholstery cleaner!!
