Brown stains on baby clothes?

I wasn't sure where to put this...

I'm sure this has been asked a zillion times before but, is there any fab tip for getting rid of those yucky brown dribble stains on baby clothes, usually at the neck? DD refuses to wear a bib, and I couldn't have her in one all day anyway. But she's ruining some really nice clothes first time out. I tried Vanish but it made bugger all difference.

Any stain wizzkids out there?

Leave them out in the sun - it will bleach them - honest !!

Seriously? That's very easy on the elbow grease. Thanks. I shall try tomorrow

Yup seriously. Now have lovely white nappies again after a day on the line

OK, you're all my mother in disguise trying to move my backside and actually hang my washing on the line instead of inside, aren't you?

I found that brown stains werfe often caused by mashed banana. Once it dries those stains don't come out easily (I think it must be the 1% that Surf can't shift )

Once you have then white again always make sure that if you give bananas that the dribble/drool is wiped off immediatley with baby wipes, they shift anything.
