You could try soaking in Vanish or similar, failing that some hardware stores or larger supermarkets have a little bottle of stuff called a Stain Devil and there is one specially for tea and coffee stains.

presumably bleach isn't working, try biological washing powder! Make up a paste and leave to work. Cleans the inside of our teapot!
