Can't afford a cleaner atm but am only managing to keep reasonably tidy and basic hoovering and mopping kitchen/bathroom floor(but not often enough imo)and not fitting (time or energy wise) in dusting, polishing. Any tips for getting better organised/up for it?

I have learnt to live with a bit of mess to be honest... I do the dishwasher and the kitchen every day, bathroom once a week, hoover and mop once a week.
Everthing else happens sporadically!

bluejelly that's about the same as me.
I can't give up on it because once you do it's hard to get back to on track (I know I've been there). But I want to keep my new place as nice as reasonably possible with small kids/work etc. Don't want to be spending all my spare time cleaning either!
