chocolate - a matt acrylic paint will be easy to clean with soap and water and on t&g it will be perfect.
it doesnt have to a "bathroom" paint

all manufacturers make hard wearing paints ofr areas that get alot of traffic (as in hands !)

I've just used B&Qs own brand emulsion on mine. It wipes clean really easily, and was mush cheaper than the Crown/Dulux etc.

i used the wipeable one from Crown and it worked great.

We have a Dulux Endurance paint on our hall walls and it is wipeable.
