Someone mentioned 'deep clean' cleaning companies...?

Anyone used them? How much for a deep deep clean? What do they do that is different to a normal cleaner?

Any national chains out there?

If I do do the houseswap thing, think I might need such a service!

Loads of money!!!!! If you use a big chain probably about £250 to £300 ish!! Maybe even more depending exactly what you want. Why not call a big company and ask for an approx price.
