FAQ, does the colour coding work? My dd (15) often ends up with 7+ towels in her room, i have long considered colour coding as a way of keeping my towels to myself. are you Very Strict?

yes works so far - but DS3 is too young to use anyone elses, and the other 2 are at the "IT'S MINE" sort of age with regards to their own colours LOL

Bath sheets are much better than towels.

We tend to share, but with the unspoken rule that the sheets are MINE

We have separate Towels for DD. However, DH and I share really. Although, he's only here at w/e for last 15 months ( not for long home for good soon yippeeeeeeee) anyway I digress...
We share towels, but the way I see it is that you are only drying off cleansed, clean skin. We 'share' bodily fluids anyway so I'm not going to catch anything from his towel that i'm not exposed to anyway! Besides which, he does't have anything to catch!

If I knew I had a little bit of Candida ( not oral ) then I'd deffo keep my towel separate. Just as when he had athletes foot, he dried his feet with a small hand towel which was used once then washed.

I agree with Cod...seperate towels are a must..my pet hate is a hand towel which has been used so much by millions of hands it is damp. Ugh, think of all germs breeding on there
