black mark in cream wool carpet - how do I remove mark?

I have a spray cleaner called Carpet Power and it's fab;.there's never been anything it hasn't got out

Thanks went and got some and the stuff came out - it was black eyeliner penicil that had been smeared into the carpet But it is all clean now

Two students that were a pain in the arse and the room was a complete disaster area, sugar all over the floor aswell? along with mouldy meat. I have had student for the last 6 -7 years and they have all been lovely but this time the students really wern't very pleasant and quite agressive - has put me off having anymore
