dylsmum1998 · 14/07/2008 15:45

TMH your poor neice she must be finding things so hard
ruby hope your dd is feeling better soon
go what are brainy tablets? you have an impressive list of things there

just been to see ds play. was very good some of he poor children forgot their lines and got in a muddle. think they do brilliantly to stand up in front of all those people and speak.
ds told me he didnt have a line and he did! dd slept almost all the way trhough it so i got to watch it all properly as when she woke she just wanted to hug.

haha ruby you havent read what they are writing have you

does it say things like

fatty and skinny were in the bath
fatty blew off
and skinny took off

i cant remember the one ds told me on way to school this morning but it was quite amusing

grouchyoscar · 14/07/2008 18:18

TMH Your poor neice. I have no idea what she is going through and I daren't imagine it. The psych should be able to help. She is in my thoughts

Dyls The brainy tablets are what we call the omega 3 and 6 oils we give to Ed (Fish and evening primrose oils) They have calmed him down an awful lot and are improving his reasoning and the choices he makes. eg, there was a chap at the seaside with 1 leg and crutches but he only mentioned it when we got home. Not bad for a 4 year old really when he could have stood and stared, pointed or commented very loudly about it.

I am addicted to buying kids books. I was bad enough when I wasn't a mum (I was very proud of Wibbly's Beanstalk) but now I am I have a valid excuse. I've also discovered Amazon Marketplace and PLAYtrade where you can get them cheaper. I've bought 2 in 2 days cos I felt Ed needs Flat Stanley and Jasper's Beanstalk what am I like? The poor kid is getting boardgames and books for his 5th birthday

Somebody stop me.....please

DontNeedAnything · 14/07/2008 18:25

Hi guys - I am crapola at this.

I can't keep up with thread properly.
I have no routine.
I have no time.
I am not Finally Loving mYself (but that is a whole other story).

My sink is just about shiny.

I twisted my back on Sat, and could hardly move until Sunday evening - when I forced myself to mop kitchen/conservatory after DD3 through her bolognese everywhere.

DTD1 has just let DD3 throw her tea everywhere again...so off I go again.

Jas · 14/07/2008 18:31

DNA The thread are quite busy atm. I can't keep up either. Not entirely sure who you are tbh (although mention of you dds has given a clue if you used to post on here under another name)

There is rice all over my floor(ds), washing on the sofa(me) and I still haven't cleaned the bathroom.

How is your back today?

I'd do the bare minimum, and try again tomorrow....

DontNeedAnything · 14/07/2008 18:38

Does my shiny oven help with my identity?????

My back is better today. It was one of those twists that is agony for a while and then it suddenly clicks back into place and you would never have known there was a problem IYSWIM.

Right I am off to bath DD3 - I will S&S my bathroom whilst I am there and see if I can hotspot my bedroom.

Jas · 14/07/2008 18:46

Yes My guess was right. Why the name change?

I'm off too, time to put ds to bed, and then I'll do something about the rice carpet.

TheMadHouse · 14/07/2008 19:33

Evening all

I have guessed too, I think

We had a nice afternoon, in the end I went to my friends and loved after her too for a while, she went to parents afternoon. It was great all four boys in the nude, splashing water - fab

Mine are in bed asleep, both shattered after spending the full afternoon running.

I have a wash on
Need to sort dinner out for me and DH
DH to do wages for Bro

But that is about it for us for the day.

DontNeedAnything · 14/07/2008 19:47

Re the name, just fancied a change, covering my tracks a bit, IYSWIM.

Didn't get any decluttering done as I went up and found a huge pile of laundry (courtesy of DP) waiting to be put away. Along with my Primark and Matalan bargains from the weekend. But at least I won't have to move them off my bed again at 11pm tonight .

Oh and my back is not quite 100% as I found out after leaning over the bath sorting DD3 out.

Oh and DD3 is potty training. Apartently she has had no accidents today....until I come home of course . Oh well she will get it. of THM's sleeping children. I hope DD3 sleeps early tonight as it has been 10pm the last coupe of nights. Aparently though DP had her running around hte park all afternoon.

Oh and SirCharlie of you at LazyTown. We toyed with taking DTDs for their birthday - butin hte end went bowling instead. They would have loved it.

Hopefully I will be back tomorrow with renewed energy, a proper list and a bit more of an idea of what is going on around here.

Ds is finally settling to sleep. He napped for 40 mins this pm. I really should know better than to let him sleep in the day,but he fell asleep at the same time Sat, and Sun, so when he did it again today, I figured he must really need itand left him. I'll be back to my hard no sleep in the day rule tomorrow.
