How do i get dried on quick dry gloss off laminate flooring?

i have tried a knife and a scourer, none of them work

hi have you tried suger soap, or white spirit? if not get some, sugar soap gets most things up. x

nail varnish remover?
When iv got white gloss on our dark wood, varnished windowsill, Iv scraped at it VERY CAREFULLY with a flat headed screwdriver. If you get real close and do it carefully, it may work?
