Colour run help

I washed a synthetic white t-shirt with a white & blue cotton top at 40 degrees instead of 30. The blue from the top has run into the t-shirt. Is it recoverable, and how?

There are a few colour run removers - I found Dylon worked well.
Try not to use bleach as the smell will linger.
If nothing else works tie-dye is having a bit of a moment. Good luck!
