Fluffing up an oodie

I bought an oodie on vinted, and it's great but it's more bobbley than fluffy. Anyone got any tips on how to make it fluffy again?

I’d guess a fabric shaver (but haven’t tried it myself). I love my oodie - especially as it’s getting colder!

Tumble dryer with some tennis balls??
