liebherr fridge not working

does anyone have one of these and needed it repaired at any stage.

if so how long did it take the guys to come out and how much did they charge for the call out.

I have one of these and need to call the repair men in but not had time to yet!
My fridge has no freezer yet everything is frozen!!!!
I have it on one day then off 3 days its totally mad and driving me nuts.

our fridge has stopped cooling things, we don't have a frezer in ours either, the light still works, but the noise of the fridge has stopped,if that makes sense.

i am going to call them tomorrow
