Are there any genuinely non toxic non stick frying or saute pans? There is some great marketing for high end pans that promise non toxic and non stick but I don’t know if they actually deliver? Please do share any pan recommendations.

I use a James Martin for Stellar stainless steel pan. Never sticks unless your heat is too high.
I've used it on gas, induction and Agas.

I know someone who uses Delia Smith’s stainless steel pans. They really don’t stick and I hate no idea why not.

Has anyone tried the hexguard pans, or similar?

Maybe I should say that I'm a vegetarian with a dislike for fried food, so the pan is for things like curry or stew bases and the occasional stir-fry.

High heat is needed for a stir-fry, and as the name says, it's stirred. For something like a curry base, the heat is gentler.
Nothing stick unless I let it burn, which I don't very often.
If something sticks, it comes out easily in the wash.

If you are buying buying stainless steel pans don't buy cheap ones. They last long enough to be worth investing.

You will probably pay a bit extra if a chef or cook has endorsed the pan. You don't need to pay that. Shop around for the best price.

I prefer transparent lids but stainless steel ones are fine.

I have a Ninja zero stick which seems still good after a few years
