Crayon marks are thin layers of wax. Depending on the floor and wall surface, a magic eraser sponge might work. They are great to keep on hand
If you have baking soda, you could make a paste with a little water and gently rub it over the marks with a cloth. Don't scrub.
As always, test any method in a small area first.

I have had success with a white pencil eraser - tried the mayonnaise trick and just got mayonnaise on the wall 🙈. It depends on the wall covering you have but using a pencil eraser (big white one) on dry painted wall worked. Be slow, methodical and gentle. Also the Magic erasers can be great for greasy stains as pp has said, no harm in trying.

I followed Nancy Birtwhistle’s tip, and made a paste with bicarbonate of soda and water. Got so many marks off our walls.

I used toothpaste when cleaning crayon off painted lining paper. Worked a treat.

The pink stuff paste is amazing it works on everything I’ve ever tried it on.

Just a damp microfiber cloth works for me
