Would you ever use an app or platform to book a cleaner?

Curious whether this is becoming more common just to be transparent I work with my cleanerHUB but I know a lot of people still prefer word of mouth or agencies. Has anyone made the switch to booking online and found it easier or more reliable? Would love to hear honest thoughts!

Yes - was online platforms were good for one off cleans at short notice at weekends before Covid. Tried towards 2022/2023 a few times and found people would cancel the clean at the last minute or not turn up so I gave up and switched to a regular service with a local company.

But that was when employment market was very buoyant and I had very specific requirements - weekend mornings so I guess people did not want or need to work at the weekend.
