What's the going rate for a cleaner in Berkshire these days?

Trying to work out if I'm paying a fair rate for my cleaner just to be transparent I work with my cleanerHUB but curious what others are paying locally for a regular weekly or fortnightly clean. Has anyone found a good balance between quality and cost?

My lovely cleaner charges £17 an hour.

£14.50ph 3 hours weekly

Treasure is currently on £25/hr. She is so brilliant and arranges her tax etc herself that I make sure we always pay her upper quartile level. Would be lost without her.
