Do you remove the rubber seal when cleaning a Nutribullet?

How do you clean your nutribullet? I take the rubber seal out every time as there always seems to be food under it. But it is such a pain to do it, it puts me off using it! Does everyone take the rubber seal out every time they use it?

Not a nutribullet but the ninja version and yes , which has resulted in me never using it, but DH does most days

I find that if I rinse the blades and rubber seal well under the tap it stays cleaner but yes it does need pulling out sometimes, it can get pretty nasty.
