Which supermarket/ high street shop sells the best towels? I’ve tried Next and M and S and they’re ok but not great

IKEA do some really good ones.... I've had them for years, been washed endless times and still going strong.
Home bargains have some nice ones in too

My last lot came from Tesco after my John Lewis ones finally gave up the ghost after 30 years. They've been great and on offer with club card. They have green ones in at the moment ,really nice.

I honestly think it’s luck, my aunt and mum have given me expensive towels and I’ve bought from Tesco and penneys myself and they s as ll range, sometimes great other times not- seemingly similar/ the same material etc

I really like the Dunelm ones, the Ultimate range. They're nice and thick, tumble dry really nicely and they sell a huge variety of colours and sizes. I have had pink, brown, grey, orange.

They won't last forever but they'll last a good few years and a reasonably priced.

My last lot came from John Lewis. Really lovely and a great choice of colours.
The previous JL ones had lasted almost 30 years.
