I’ve used persil non bio for years but recently they’ve changed the formula and it smells so strong and horrible. I tried Ecover after ditching persil but it leaves my laundry smelling of absolutely nothing at best, and musky at worst. Can anyone recommend any nice washing detergent that actually smells fresh?

I use LIDL non bio and its not too over powering and cleans well.

I use Ecover pods, lilac and rescued rose fragrance and really love the smell. It's fresh without being overpowering and I can usually find them on a good deal somewhere.

Daz powder for most things, and I have the Daz liquid for delicates I wash on cooler temperatures. It just smells fresh to me.

If you use laundry pods, look at Yass Clean in Tiktok shop, it's a British company that does all kinds of laundry & cleaning products, they do laundry pods that contain detergent, softener & scent boosters all in one pod. I use powder so have bought their scent boosters, £21 for 2.5kg which will last me ages, they do some amazing scents including coconut, citrus, cherry blossom & floral scents, the laundry pods are £21 for 120 washes.
