I am 50 years old, diabetic type two, obese in weight, live alone, no partner to stress me out, i am single and i am a premenopausal woman and lack the energy that i had in my younger years. Should i get a cleaner with the domestic cleaning agency called 'maid 2 clean' i live in a London borough?

I don't have experience of this cleaning company but if you can afford to employ them then there's no harm in trying them to see if it helps.

they are an agency and send different people every time - some of whom will not be very good at cleaning

Try to find a regular cleaner instead

Are you on Facebook? We’re always getting ‘can someone recommend a cleaner? ‘ type messages on our local Facebook page.

Ask on your local FB page it's better
You'll prob try a few until you get one you like
