Ovens - do I need all of these functions?!?!? - which ones are most useful?

Hi all:
We're redoing our kitchen and need to buy an oven. There's a Bosch hob that I like, so I thought we might as well go with a Bosch oven. Went on the website and there are about 8 different seemingly similar single ovens! Of course they all vary in functions and have prices to match. But do I really need all of these functions? Will I use any of them? can you tell me which you find most useful??

The only function that I ever use on my oven is the fan. I never have an integrated grill as it's a pain in the neck if you need to grill something at the same time as you're using the oven.
