You might like to consider getting a Robot vacuum with "Matter" support, this means you can control it natively on Android and Apple devices.
I have a EcoVac X8 and a switchbot S20, both added to Apple home, so they can be :
Activated by Siri eg "clean kitchen"
Scheduled in Apple Home to clean over night.
Activate whenever the house is empty
Activate with physical buttons, (via Philips Hue buttons)
Activated via CarPlay
We find this much more convenient than using multiple Apps, or having to press buttons on the device.
So far as recommendations, I prefer the EcoVac slightly over the Swichbot, but have also used the Dream X40, before it had matter support and it worked well.
If I was buying again I would probably buy another EcoVac, or maybe a Robrock,
The features I consider in order are:
Matter Support
LIDAR navigation
Rarely getting trapped.
Roller mop (not spinning pads)
Good cleaning and mopping performance (See vacuum wars on Youtube)
Roller drying
Larger water / waste tanks
Warm water roller cleaning cycle
Detergent tank, (not proprietary cartridges like EULFY)
Price
Ease of maintenance of unit (ideally monthly)
Availability of 3rd Party spares
Availability of genuine spares
UK or European support
Support and automatically switch between at lest three maps
Camera
