The ones we got for our wedding are starting to fall apart (less than 4 years old) - can you recommend me a set that would last up to 10 years of daily cooking?! I guess you spend more, you get more out of them but it's not always the case.

i just got a set of le creuset and yes they are fecking heavy but an utter joy to cook with and they are probably about 30 years old and still going strong.

Depends what you want to spend but we have had a set of Kitchenaid pans for the last 3 years and they are like new, lots of use! They are non stick, outer enamelled and silicon handles so you can also pop into the oven up to about 190 degrees c.

well i am just replacing my prestige lifetime guarantee ones after 26 years of constant use. stainless steel, copper bases. getting similar type but from tkmax as budget is very tight (the old ones were wedding pressie) casa professional lifetime guarantee 18cm one (holds 2 litres) is £7.99

SheherazadetheGoat - do you mean these? Or the ceramic ones?

Lozza70 - where did you get them from and how much?

Not sure we have that much more than £100 to spend... perhaps we'll get one saucepan by one!

I was given some Circulon ones over 10 years ago. Not my saucepan of choice, but they're still going strong
