I'm feeling very fed up with my Shark cordless hoover.
Last year the battery died - red light appeared on the dial. Shark sent me a new battery. Then that battery had the same error. So they sent me a replacement unit.
Now after 1 year, the new unit has the same battery error again. I'm liaising with their Customer Service again but I feel like I'm stuck in a vicious cycle that I can't get out of!
Has anyone else had a problem with Shark batteries?
