page - or whatever it's called (I have vague recollections of a page on her website which guides you through a "rescue" cleaning mission of some description....

I need - it or similar (and some "moral" support here on MN( to get me through it)

I'm lost in the mess and don't know where to start

lol icod. I think flylady says clean your sink a lot, from what i remember from a brief flirtation with it about 5 years ago. Maybe do that to start with, FAQ?

get bin bag

Race round collecting all the rubbish you can see and put it out.

Wash up

Sweep floors

Everything else can wait for now.

Or stay on computer and do it all tomorrow? That's what I'd do.

Feck it,go to bed and leave it 'til the morning..although I would wash up ,hate minging dishes in the morning

FAQ · 19/06/2008 23:19

lol scummy - I can't do it tomorrow, going out first thing in the morning, have no idea what time I'll be back, then have a meeting here straight after the DS's have gone to bed, then BF is coming round after he finishes work...

FAQ - away off to your bed. It is too late to be cleaning.

Scuff · 19/06/2008 23:21

harsh but fair, cod.

EtonsMess · 19/06/2008 23:22
  1. locate black bags
  2. chuck it ALL out.
  3. Hoover.

Done in three easy steps.

PeaGreene · 19/06/2008 23:23

I cannot imagine why it would be so important. Just go to bed. Or stay here. But leave cleaning for tomorrow.

FAQ · 19/06/2008 23:24

actually Cod my house is a mess because I've hardly had a chance to sit down for the last 7 days, yes I've posted a fair bit (but nothing like my usual amount) but most of that has been as I'm passing the computer.

Not to mention being the process of redecorating........

crisis cleaning

I am here but for a mo while I am writing a complaint to my Dss school - anyone want to comment?

??

SmugColditz · 19/06/2008 23:27

FAQ stop expaining yourself, it doesn't matter why the house is a mess, only that you are not powerless against it.

Put a time limit on each activity. Picking up rubbish = no more than 20 minutes.

FAQ · 19/06/2008 23:29

oooo NSF - you're a star that's what I was thinking of
