Does anyone know how much they charge?

I wouldn't go near MollyMaid. We used them for a while because we couldn't find anyone local, and they charged £60 for an often lazy, corner-cutting weekly clean of kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and downstairs loo. (The house is bigger, but we don't use all of it.) I reckon I was getting about £20 of clean for my £60. I have now happily found someone nice and local, who runs her own business and seems highly professional, thorough --and charges £30.

Molly maid was extortionate - three times the other quotes. They are highly rated round here.

I had a quote daying that I needed 4 hours at £45. They are supposed to be crap.

Having requested a deep clean due to having major surgery and a wedding ahead, the maids arrived and had QA turn up after 4 1/2 hours to check work. The standard was shocking. Several photographs were sent to the franchise owner who admitted to rushing the job through and the team sent ‘missed opportunities’. Basic cleaning - never mind deep cleaning was not done. 2 maids - deep clean = £360 . They arrived at 8:50 and were looking to finish at 1:30pm. An absolutely horrific experience and although the owner offered to send in different maids to complete the work, all trust and standards/quality were questionable. Very expensive and very poor quality service.
We will not recommend to anyone else and are not reassured in any way that customer satisfaction is at the heart of this brand.
We expected a full refund of our deposit - this would have gone some way to accepting the poor quality and compensating us for the stress this has caused alongside drafting in family and friends to clean for us!!
Absolutely no customer focus or genuine empathy for the dire service provided.
Please tread with caution when using these franchise outlets. This is a fair and honest review and we will keep our photographs on file for future reference.
