Rangecooker missing shelves

Hi !
I just got a rangemaster cooker delivered today, we bought it with Howdens, anyway I took everything out and it is missing the main oven shelf wire . There are meant to be 2 included as part of the product.
if I contact costumer service do you think they’ll send me 2 ? I am not sure if I should contact Howdens as well or just straight to the rangemaster costumer service. I can
buy them , at this point 60£ more or less aren’t gonna break me 😂😂 but they are meant to come with it .

Howdens. They supplied it. I’m assuming it’s not a special for Howdens with a lower spec?

When I had my kitchen done my range master was delivered directly from the manufacturer. So I would contact them but also inform Howdens as you probably paid through them.

@Orchid90 If she paid Howdens, the contract is with Howdens. Hopefully they will sort it out. Who delivers it doesn’t matter.
