The boys are being great, considering DS1 has the pox he is being very good, although is is RAINING

Greysckull We decided that I will stay on a maintenance dose of my medication, as trials show that there is a much smaller liklihood of relapsing if you stay on a dose for 2 years. This has been such a major episode I dont want to repeat it in a hurry. (I have had three espisodes over 7 years, 2 triggered by the boys births).

Spent a whole hour doing the huge basket of ironing Just have to put it all away now

babyjib do you have LOs in tow or are you on your own? I agree with MM library is good, also a relaxing/exercising swim? Or put a kag on and go for a walk (I quite like walking in the rain if dressed properly and no kids to worry about).

Ruby I love your photo ideas. My DCs love looking at our photos so must get round to down loading some off camera soon.

GO take it easy, they can manage without you (or they need to learn) now and then.

hi all went into town wasted £25 on credit card agin but did get baby some clarks trainers reduced to £5 and went into bank to sort summit out and got a mahooooosive £3.45 in the bank lol

Ooooh Saga try and find it...it might die somewhere and then be smelly!

I'm chuffed today, have been looking at holidays for next year...we might go to Greece, not sure whereabouts, but just the promise of a nice holiday has got me all excited

Have done the house today too, so everywhere is actually nice and tidy! Chicken and chips for supper.

mummy my kids do that with the sofa cushions too....I then usually have to get the hoover out quick as the mess underneath is a disgrace!

Saga - we are getting mice brought in by the cat too, although they do tend to be on their last legs once he has finnished playing with them.

Greyskull I am OK about my treatment plan, it was a joint decision and as I have said in the past, I have been really lucky in the quality of treatment I have received and the urgency etc. Family life is extaully great at the moment, we are having ups and downs but I can deal with them, rather than feeling like the most pants mum on earth and wanting to kill myself . I think that I am currently out of the tunnel enjoying the light and that my meadow is full of flowers and I have managed to pull some of the weeds and I can ignore the others.

Been to town though and bought DD1s lunch bag and some school uniform Bought 3-4 and 4-5 pinafores as I didnt know what would fit her. Also got some playmobil for both of them for being good......all on credit card

well i made dd dinner, bottles all cleaned sterilised and dds castle is now a manageable size in corner.
dp away so evening all to myself an no dinner to worry about so will get the dcs to bed on time and wander round the house aimlessly tonight thinking how i should be taking advantage of a whole evening for me...it wont be long enough!

have quite enjoyed being in all day but thats prob cos i know im out at somepoint everyday for the rest of the week, trying to spend as little as poss too!

EV Playmobil take along dolls house is currenly half price on Tesco Direct - 12.50. I got one for neice and DS1 (both the same age) and have put it away for Christmas.

I always describe my depression as a field full of flowers and weeds (the weeds being the irrational and bad thoughts) and not know which was which. It seems to have stuck with me. I kind of view lots of things as pictures - it helps me At least I know I am mad Care in the community me

I have taken mum home and she is going to have the boys and make jellys whilst I do a bit of shopping in the morning.

I've been out all day, so did a quick hoover and tidy up before dp got home, but not much else.

DS is asleep in his bed though

this might sound odd and its not meant to but i sure feel relieved to know im not the only one who suffers from depression.

kids are in bed, have tidied up the castle in the corner and put away the dolls tea party, have eaten a chip butty yum, have a nice glass of wine by my side and am ready to chill out just watching emakover uk.
