Warning, do not purchase a washing machine from LG. The washing machine was delivered on Wednesday, we paid for installation. As soon as the first test cycle finished the waste pipe leaked and flooded my kitchen!
The overseas customer service will not remove the machine for at least another 4 days which means I cannot purchase a new machine. I have repeatedly asked to speak to a manager as I want the machine gone asap. No manger available. The website won’t allow you to send an email, which is frustrating. I have been told the refund will take 2 weeks and I will still be charged for the installation cost. Cheek!!
You as a customer are told there is nothing they can do…really you have delivered a faulty machine and I have been told to wait until LG can collect in the meantime I am without a washing machine☹️
