Can someone explain Rock the Housework and how technical it is?

Could someone please explain Rock the Housework to me. I'm older and only have basic tech ability. I read so many positive reports but unsure whether the tech side of it would be stressful.

It’s not really technical at all. You buy the app, I think you need a password to log in and then just listen to the guided cleans.
I think it’s brilliant, it really helps me focus and not get distracted by other jobs.

The TOM app is about £5 as a one-off payment. As well as access to the Guided Cleans, it has organiser functions to it.
Within that you can subscribe to the Guided Cleans for roughly £3.60 per month (to me, a heck of a lot cheaper than a cleaner!) There is a free trial period.

It's also accessible via Patreon, but the organisation is easier on the app. I've used it since the initial trial cleans and stuck with Patreon as I'm fond of some of the earliest cleans that didn't transfer over but I'd recommend the app to a newbie.

Do a search for what you want to clean, click into it and listen, ideally with headphones as you'll be moving around.

It's been a total gamechanger for me in reasonably consistently maintaining a decently tidy/ clean house rather than big boom/ bust cleans/ neglect.
