Microwave oven with grill

Does anyone have one of these? Would you recommend?

Need a new microwave and considering getting one of these
as the grill on our oven is broken.

I've got one because the grill in my oven is broken too.

Honestly? I've used it once in 4yrs. It's rubbish.

I use the grill function in my air fryer instead.

@DinoLil thanks - yeah I was thinking just use the air fryer with regular microwave but sometimes I’m maybe reheating a dish that’s too big for my air fryer.

Ah. Is it one with drawers? Mine is a 7yr old Ninja 9 in 1 thing with a huge round pot in it so everything seems to fit in there. Can you divvy whatever it is into two smaller dishes and put one in each drawer?

To be honest @DinoLil we rarely need it now the DC have moved out.

I’ll probs just get a regular microwave and use the air fryer. DH is in denial but we’ll need to buy a new oven at some point!

I’ve had combi microwaves for years. They cook in microwave or convection mode or grill mode or a combination of all 3. I can highly recommend them, though it is a bit of a learning curve to get the best out of them.
