You know the ones that dont need oil and the food still just slides off. I eat a lot of f eggs but prefer not to add a ton of oil. I had induction hobs

my DD had a beautiful ikea one that went with her went she moved out. I cant find the original receipt for it and the ikea one i bought as a replacement isnt up to scratch. Is it worth spending out

I've got a couple of Scoville oven trays which are really good. When I need new pans I'll be considering those.
Asda sell them.

I have a Tefal induction set bought from an outlet. Very happy 18 months on.

NInja frying pans and baking trays are brilliant. We’ve had ours for about 3 years and I sent DD off to Uni with one of their omelette pans.

Their website usually has a discount code for new customers and they also sell “as new/refurb” which must simply be overstocks as they are still in packaging on eBay.

Another vote fir Ninja zerostick. We have a large frying pan and no matter what's been cooked in it it's always very easy to clean.

I have baking trays from John Lewis, in a range I think called 'mermaid'. Its got a sort of mottled finish. Excellent. I bought one for Xmas for my son (keen amateur cook) and he loves it....so that's birthday and Xmas gifts sorted for some years (not cheap, but affordable).

I've just ordered some hexclad pans, they haven't arrived yet but have got really good reviews.
